In March 2018, we lost our colleague and friend to sudden cardiac death. 

James loved a challenge and in recognition of this we have devised the "Test in the West".  On the weekend of the 4th of October, in Ballina, we will complete a run or cycle on the Friday and Saturday before climbing Croagh Patrick on the Sunday.

CRY have been a huge support to all of us and we are aiming to repay them by raising €20,000 to ensure they can continue their valuable work.
