The 2025 Hays 12U All-Stars have made Hays history!

After an incredible run and a hard-fought win at Regionals, these outstanding young athletes have earned a spot in the PONY Zone Tournament in Louisiana – marking the first time in over a decade that a Hays 12U team has advanced this far.

This is a huge achievement not just for the players, but for the entire Hays community. The boys have poured their hearts into this season, and now they have a chance to compete at one of the highest levels in youth baseball.

But with this opportunity comes additional costs – and we’re reaching out once more to ask for your support to help get them across the finish line.

We couldn’t be more proud – but we also need your help to keep the momentum going.

✅ Why We're Raising Additional Funds

We’ve already received amazing support from our community – thank you! Your generosity helped us get through the earlier rounds of tournament season. Now, with this exciting new opportunity in front of us, we’re raising additional funds to help cover:

Hotel accommodations for PONY Zone Tournament in Scott, Louisiana from July 15th-19th (around $7,000)

PONY Zone tournament registration fee ($500)

This final leg of the journey comes with added travel and lodging costs, and we’d be incredibly grateful for any help to get us across the finish line.

Transparency details for donors:

Dustin Lancaster (assistant coach/team business manager) and Emily (team mom/score keeper), the parents of Jaxon Lancaster, will be managing the funds for this fundraiser. This includes both the collection and distribution of funds.

The funds will be used for tournament fees, travel and accommodations cost for overnight tournaments, swag and gear (as needed/approved by the team), and any left over money will be used for something special for the kids at the end of the season. No funds will be spent without approval from the other coaches.
