We are a restaurant centrally located in Uptown Charlotte, from Chef William Dissen.
Because of COVID19 our restaurant is closed and our wonderful employees have been temporarily laid off. This has been truly heartbreaking for us. Our staff is comprised of dreamers, foragers, mothers, students, amazing cooks...all of whom come together to make Haymaker a brilliant part of our community. Please help support our staff during these trying times while we navigate the uncertainty of this global pandemic.
