Early 2024 my best friend Hayley was diagnosed with an aggressive form of melanoma, the same cancer that took her brother Martin 9 years earlier. After multiple surgeries and a year of immunotherapy treatment, It has tragically spread to her liver, stomach and chest wall, with no possibility of a cure.

Hayley lives alone with her beautiful dogs Anya and Maisie - she is incredibly thankful that she has access to medical coverage and the best treatment options available. On top of her fight with cancer, she has endured more stressful challenges and adversity this past year than any person should ever have to endure and continues having to fight to remain in her home. She recently started a new targeted therapy that targets the BRAF mutation gene which hopefully gives her a little more time. She is not able to work and a Green card holder, she is ineligible for public assistance. I set up this go fund me as a way of helping Hayley financially.
