Hello friends, my name is Hayley, and I'm a 25-year-old trans woman.

I was recently able to undergo partial facial feminization surgery thanks to insurance, and finally feel like I'm ready to continue my path of medical transition. Part of that path, I have realized, is pursuing bottom surgery. After much research, I have settled on a surgeon and have begun the process of scheduling the surgery. Unfortunately, the surgeon does not take insurance directly, and as such, I will be forced to pay for the surgery out of pocket.

 

That's where this GoFundMe comes in. I'm hoping to raise enough money to help alleviate some of the monetary pressure the out-of-pocket expenses will put on me.

My initial goal is to cover the cost of scheduling, which I hope to do as soon as possible, as I'd like to be able to have this done this year.
