17 year old Haylee Carter of Bluebell Utah was hit by a drunk driver on August, 1st 2024. Haylee suffered major injuries to her femur, arms, and wrists. First responders had to use the jaws of life to remove Haylee from her truck. She was later life flighted to Primary Children's to receive further care. We are asking for our community's help to support the insane medical bills that are about to pile up. #HayleeCarterStrong
