My name is Mike Dame and Im fundraising for my lifelong best friend Hayden Gurman. Hayden was involved in a life threatening accident on Saturday September 24 in Farmington, UT and is being treated for his injuries at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City. This gofundme account will help provide financial support for a portion of the medical expenses that Hayden will incur during his stay in the ICU.
