Help Hayden, Alysia and Baylee get emergency housing

Hello everyone,
The rain storms that hit Southern California, especially the ones on November 20 and 21 proved to be catastrophic for my son, Hayden, his wife, Alysia and their 11 year-old daughter Baylee. They own a condominium in Garden Grove. During some of the heaviest rain on that Thursday night, they noticed that their bedroom ceiling was leaking water and was bulging downward and sure enough it eventually just broke and water, drywall and insulation burst out onto the floor next to their bed
The next day they contacted the HOA (homeowners association) for the large condominium complex and reported the damage of the failed ceiling and roof. Probably thinking it was a simple cleanup and repair the association sent over a crew to check it out. They were concerned about mold and proceeded to install dehumidifiers in the ceiling area to dry out the area. Several days passed and the dehumidifier was not drying out the area. It was full of wet insulation. Another inspection was made of the area, and the very worst scenario emerged. There was a discovery of asbestos in the ceiling, and the area was declared a P5. (procedure 5) a P5 cleanup means the asbestos disturbance is significant and requires a specialized high containment, cleanup plan approved by the south coast air quality management district it implies the contamination is not just in the wall, but potentially in the air or dust.
The area was sealed off with the instructions that no one is to enter the room because of the hazardous conditions. They have tried to get the HOA or their insurance company to provide temporary housing for them, but both the HOA and the insurance company are ignoring the request and will not accept the responsibility and are blaming each other for who will cover the cost of the remediation and repair. Meanwhile, the family is living in the house with a sealed off room, living in their living room, while Baylee is sleeping in her room at the other end of the house. this is a dangerous situation, especially for Bailey who has an asthmatic condition and the HOA and insurance company are dragging their feet with nothing being done and it has already been two weeks and counting.
In the meantime, they were informed that everything in the bedroom must be disposed of all of their clothing their bed and mattress , items in the attached bathroom, computer, desk, tax and business records, flooring, books, picture, albums, shoes even Alysia‘s wedding dress. The funds that would be donated would be a stop-gap measure, enabling them to find a safe place to live for a few weeks and replace some of the immediate needed items described above and securing some legal assistance.
