Hay for Horses at The Farm Way

Hi - we are The Farm Way Sanctuary located near Morrison, IL -
Presently, we have 19 horses and 5 piggies on the sanctuary along with various chickens, ducks, cats and a dog.
Hay is our most important commodity here on the Farm. This year, we experienced what every farm hopes to avoid- weather...bad weather. The storms that came through Illinois ravaged our hay field.
It takes a whole lot of equipment to 'make hay' that we don't yet have so we rely on other farmers to do it for us. When the hay was cut and laying in the field to dry, before being baled, unexpected storms rolled through, one after the other, and the hay was destroyed.
We are running this campaign so that we can feed the souls that have made it here and the horses and piggies that are still coming. Everyday somebody asks us to please take this 'horse, goat, piggy, bunny, chicken' etc.
