Heather's Family Needs Your Support

Hey y’all,

This isn’t easy to write — I’m not someone who asks for help lightly — but my family is facing eviction, and we’re down to just a few days to come up with the rent we owe.

We’re behind $1,925 for June, and we’re now short for part of July as well. Our landlord has given us a strict deadline, and if we can’t pay at least a big chunk of what’s owed, we could lose our home. We’ve been doing everything we can to stay afloat — selling, scrimping, applying for help — but it’s just not enough fast enough.

I’m a small business owner and resin artist. My Etsy shop, 17SalvoStudios, is something I’ve poured my heart into for years. My husband and I have both been working hard to keep our family going, and while I know so many people are struggling right now, I’m reaching out in hopes that a few kind folks can help us through this emergency.

Our goal is to raise $4,000 — enough to cover the rent we owe and give us a little breathing room to get back on track. But honestly, even $3,000 would be a lifesaver. Every single donation, no matter how small, helps more than you know. And if you’re not in a place to give, sharing this with others is just as powerful.
