Hi, my name is Amari, and I am here to share my deeply personal journey as I battle Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Shortly after my 21st birthday in March, my life changed drastically. What once felt like an ordinary existence has become a relentless struggle against an ugly and unforgiving illness. I've spent months in the hospital, unable to work, undergoing grueling treatments that drain both my energy and spirit. Each chemotherapy session is a step forward, yet they come with their own challenges, from debilitating side effects to the emotional toll of uncertainty about the future.

As I continue to fight this battle against cancer, the financial implications have been overwhelming. The costs of basic living expenses and unexpected treatment costs have sent me and my family into unexpected debt. This has left me feeling increasingly anxious and vulnerable. I find it incredibly difficult to keep up with rent, utilities, and daily living expenses as I continue to focus on my physical and mental health.

That’s why I’m turning to you for help. I am humbly seeking support to cover not only my medical costs but also the day-to-day expenses that have become nearly impossible to manage.
