Friends,

Unfortunately, tragedy has struck my family once again. As many of you know, my Uncle Scott Hawkersmith was killed in End of June  after a bike accident while on vacation. This left my cousin (his only son, Ike) an orphan as my Aunt Lynda Hawkersmith passed away from cancer approximately 4 years ago. While trying to rebuild his life and take over his fathers business, Ike has been thrust into a complete life change. 

In an an effort to support and help his cousin, my brother Collin Anderson moved into the Hawkersmith/Anderson home after his completion of nursing school 2 weeks ago. Collin and Ike’s longtime best friend/ brother Stephen Arnold additionally joined them as a roommate as they tended to the homestead.

Today, another tragedy occurred when the upstairs of the house caught fire while the guys were at work. No one was injured but the Anderson/Hawkersmith house is almost a complete loss. The boys have lost everything. All possessions i.e. clothing, personal effects, furniture, etc. 

Additionally, there were many sentimental items that were a total loss and that is heartbreaking to us all. Therefore, I am asking for your help to support my brothers who have dealt with far too many major tragedies this summer. They are going to have to start completely over. Bless them. Even if you can’t donate positive vibes are appreciated.
