UPDATE (7/25/2016):
Aloha Friends and Family:
We're back from Rohnert Park, California and are extremely happy to report that the Hawaii Diamonds are the 2016 10U Cal Ripken Pacific Southwest Regional Champions! We are privileged to be one of ten teams going to the World Series in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, August 4-12, 2016.
We so proud of our children! The Diamonds went 6-0 in the Pacific Southwest Tournament, but more importantly, our girls and boys represented Hawaii well and were often complimented by opposing coaches, players and their families for our class, behavior, hard work, and generosity. We will bring that same Aloha spirit with us to Florida and try our best to bring a World Series title back home with us to Hawaii.
As you can imagine, our families have already incurred a significant amount of expenses to get to California to support our children. Going to Florida from Hawaii will cost the families significantly more so once again, we could really use your help. Please share this link and consider making a donation to help fund our next trip. Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated and will help towards giving our children this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
Thanks again for your support!

P.S. See updates for a few pictures from our trip to Cali.

Aloha Friends and Family:
The Hawaii Diamonds Black battled hard this past weekend to win the 2016 10U Cal Ripken Hawaii State Championship held at CORP. As a result, the Diamonds secured one of ten spots at the 2016 Pacific Southwest Regional Tournament in Rohnert Park, CA from July 17 to July 23, 2016, and are working towards the ultimate goal of a 10U Cal Ripken World Series appearance held in Palm Beach Gardens, FL in August 2016.
The Diamonds are led by head coach Nathan “Homey” Numata, who does not have a child on this team, but still volunteers countless hours and energy to coach this amazing group of 10 boys and 3 girls. They all work extremely hard and are excited for this incredible opportunity to represent the State of Hawaii in California. On this trip, our children will get to experience baseball at its highest level, while learning valuable life lessons and forming bonds and memories that will last their lifetimes.
As you can imagine, getting to California, and possibly Florida, comes with considerable cost traveling all the way from Hawaii, so we could really use your support. Please consider making a donation to help fund our trip. Anything you can contribute will be of much help and will be greatly appreciated by the team. All proceeds received will go to the entire team’s tournament expenses, equipment, lodging, and transportation.
Thank you for your support!
