Help the horses!!

Hi, my name is Donna and I'm raising funds for Hope 4 Horses Rescue in Effingham Illinois. UPDATE 8/16.   We are definately making progress with Trip n Winston.  We have a big vet bill from tests and all the vet work n our feed bill has increased as feed has gone up significantly..  any help is appreciated.   Please continue to follow us for current updates on Facebook

 UPDATE 6/22.  Trip the really emaciated gelding is improving.  He is not in Kidney Failure but has an infection that has not been determined yet so he is on 20 pills of antibiotics daily.  He had his feet trimmed yesterday along with the 4 other rescues which 2 of them had shoes put on so we can ride them. 2 drafts, 3 minis also were trimmed..  we put front shoes of w of the halflingers but little daisy's feet are s poor still that we couldn't get shoes on her yet.  2 halflingers have Cushing and their meds cost $150 per month..   we are making progress on each one.  UPDATE 6/9 We had our vet out yesterday to give vaccinations/coggins, float teeth.  We pulled blood work on 2 new rescues due to some concerns we see with them so we need to determine exactly what the medical issues might be. Please continue to share and donate. We are a 501c3 non profit organization who rescue horses from terrible situations. They are abused, starved, neglected etc. They could be owner surrenders if people can no longer care for them. We have seen the worst starvation n neglect cases. We rehabilitate, train and adopt them to families when they are ready. Some never leave our facility due to age or health issues. We need funds to help cover the annual vaccines and vetting. We also need funds for sand for the arena so we can do the training that is required. We also just got 2 unhandled pregnant mares in that require alot of feed, vetting, care and training because they are unhandled. We currently have 31 rescue horses we are caring for.
