Dear family, friends and well-wishers,

First let us thank you for the love and support you all have given to the Haviland family. Now more ever the Havilland’s need you.  It is with a heavy heart to say that on 1-21-17 one of our deepest and dearest friends was involved in an ATV accident. With unusual local weather conditions Kevin Haviland was helping his son pull his truck out of the mud. While returning to get tools and some help his ATV flipped. Resulting in serious head trauma, and swelling of his brain. Staying in the ICU from that day on, this unfortunate accident has now thrown the Haviland family into a life altering situation. With mounting medical bills and not knowing the full outcome of Kevin’s situation there are definitely more hardships to come.

Being a father was always meant to be a trial by fire, and in Kevin Haviland fashion he brings this into a full circle. His love for his wife and his kids is unrivalled, as so are his friends. The type of father that would sell his favorite car for his daughter’s prom dress or an engine for his son's new hobby truck, so they can fix it and then break it again. For the only reason but to spend that precious time that we all want with our kids. Michelle is the one that fuels him, what gets him up in the morning and who carries him through the day.

Being a mother was never meant to be easier either, Kevin’s wife Michelle Haviland has now been put into the difficult situation of caring for her family and their new and growing medical/household finances without him. Being such a giving family it has always been difficult for them to take. This abrupt change in their work life has been a huge detriment to their family. The sacrifices made by Michelle and Kevin has more than shown their resolve, tenacity, and overwhelming ability to overcome any obstacle and make you feel welcomed and loved at the same time. Michelle wants to care for her family and make end meats. The Haviland’s need their friends, family and community support more than ever now. With mounting medical bills and a life that doesn't stop. We ask that if anyone can help support the Haviland in caring for rehabilitation of Kevin back to his wonderful old self, we all would be greatly appreciate it. We love the Haviland family very much and I hope that this little snippet into their caring nature will show you the light that Kevin and Michelle bring to this world. Please pray for the Kevin, Michelle, Kyle, Dalton and Malory Haviland. Please send your support, love and prayers.
