Have a nice day Eh!

Ondrej was a man that never failed to make you smile when you saw each other in passing, or pick you up if you were down and needed a friend. He was omnipresent on the streets of our small downtown, and part of the soul of our city. The fact that he has passed away in these times is heartbreaking, yet predictable. There might not have been anything that any individual could have done to prevent this, but we can make sure that this amazing man is memorialized on the same streets that he spent almost all of his waking days and nights.

The goal right now is to plant a tree, and to build a bench, downtown, by one of his spots, where he would have sat himself were he alive, He'd beam a bright smile and say, "hey boss!" and ask how your day was going. And it will serve as a symbol of care and love for the lesser fortunate that find themselves on those same streets; suffering under poverty, from mental health afflictions, from addiction. 

Right now things are tentative but we expect these goals to cost around $4000. This is due to be adjusted. The expenses will be openly and transparently handled after collection by myself and a group of others to be determined shortly.
