A very heartfelt thank you to everyone who previously donated! The outpouring of support was astounding and meant so much in such a difficult time! Josh asked that I share that he "loves you all from the bottom of my catastrophically failing heart!"

We briefly paused donations as Josh worked to understand his next steps and assess his options to care for his health. Unfortunately, after pursuing all possible avenues, it has become clear that he will continue to be without immediate insurance coverage. This, of course, does not remove the need for immediate and ongoing medical support.

So we are once again opening this fund to offer what assistance we can for Josh's continued care. Please consider sharing with anyone who may like to contribute!

"What heart?" you may ask!

That's certainly a joke Josh would appreciate, even at this challenging time. But as those close to him know, he's full of heart and shows it in so many ways, both big and small, in his care and love for us all.

This past week, Josh experienced a serious medical event and is facing substantial financial hardship. In addition to some time in the ICU, he has new prescriptions to support his heart health and upcoming tests and procedures to determine next steps and extended care.
