I am in need of of a heart and kidney transplant. I have to stay in the hospital until I get a donor. This is what I have to do as a husband and father of 4 to be around for my family. It' has been really hard on my wife to try support the family financially. I worry about bills  getting paid espeially the mortgage and plus we have two seniors in high school that my wife is trying to make sure  they have what they need for prom and graduation. My house needs some roof and ceiling repair before I come home after my transplant. Thank you for helping a family in need.
