Marie Montes was the defintion of love. Everywhere she'd go she would managed to either leave with a room full of friends, touch a heart, or change a life. You wouldn't know that her life from beginning to end was a struggle for survival because she was full of so much hope and optimism you'd think it can move mountains or shift the tides of oceans. But her love and optimism was her greatest demise. When diagnosed with Breast Cancer simultanouesly she found out she was pregnant and with the heart she had it was easy for her to choose someone elses life over her own. Miraculously the baby was born healthy and fine but tragically it came at the cost of his mother's life. Due to the pregnancy hormones it rapidly spread, she fought three years after the pregnancy and to her very last breath in hopes of beating it. Sadly she didn't, leaving memories, friends, and 7 children. Which is why we are here.

She was so full of life she never planned on dying, to the point she had no funeral plan or arrangement in place. Not because of irresponsibility but because of her optimism. As a single mother, if she had known being admitted to her routinley hospital visit on October 31, 2014, due to her continuous complications over the months, leaving her children penniless with no parents; she would've planned. She leaves 7 children, 5 of which are seperated into 3 homes and 2 who are on the verge of being homeless, due to the fact they opted into helping their mother care for the house and children after high school since their mothers health was failing.

All we are asking is for donations to have the dignified and fit ceremony she rightfully deserves. With all that she has given with the little she has had, it is only fair that we lay her to rest in the way she would have wished.
