Haunchwood Tornadoes take on Park Run Challenge

Haunchwood Tornadoes U9s are a group of friendly, hardworking, football loving kids who train once a week and play games together on Saturday mornings.

Their team runs solely on support from their amazing volunteer coaches who donate their time every week, and affordable monthly subs paid by the parents.

Unfortunately with the ever growing costs of kits, equipment, winter venue hire etc the team just makes it by every season.

On Sunday 27th October 2024, the team are coming together to participate in Riversly Park Park Run.

This will be a new challenge for the boys as its with no football, and will really test their determination to keep on going!

We hope to raise enough money to support the team with little extras throughout the season, winter and summer team building experiences and paying towards our end of season presentation.

The team, coaches and parents are thankful for anyone who is able to keep grassroots football affordable for these 10 children.
