HATS OFF TO BLUES BOY WILLIE!
William (Blues Boy Willie" McFalls has encountered numerous health issues recently, which have left him unable to perform - his only source of income. He receives a very small SS check. He and his baby sister, Vera, live in the old family home in Memphis, TX, which is in dire need of repairs. Vera had a childhood accident which left her disabled. Willie promised his dying father that he would always take care her.
I, my band-mates in the Texas Blues Rangers, and some dear friends and fans are presenting "Hats Off To Blues Boy Willie!" a tribute to Willie on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019 at the I Don't Know Sports Bar & Grill (IDK) starting at 3:00pm. There is NO cover, but we will be asking for donations. We have solid confirmations from A LOT of local musicians who will be there to show their support and participate in the All Star Jam! This is SO important! If we don't do it, nobody else will.
