Hatchel Family House Fire

At midnight on January 17th a fire started at the Hatchel home. The fire department put the fire out by 2 a.m, but while the family was at the hospital, the fire reignited burning until about 3 or 4 in the morning.
Walter Hatchel was rushed to Parkland hospital for severe smoke inhalation. Fortunately, he was treated and released. The rest of the family Brenda Bailey, and the two children Alex Bailey and Nicholas Hatchel made it out safely. Unfortunately, their home was completely destroyed by the fire along with all of their belongings, including their vehicles. Without medical and house insurance they are facing an incredible financial burden.

Their immediate need will be clothing. To find out where to arrange a meeting to donate clothing please call or text (903) [phone redacted] to reach Walter's son Stephen Hatchel.
