Hello friends

As you probably know by now I have been working through some significant personal developments. Since 2020 I have been living as Ali and have never been more self assured and positive about the future.

While my mental health has improved drastically I continue to struggle with gender dysphoria, and after a great deal of reflection and exploration, have begun the process towards having top surgery. After a year on the waiting list I have had my surgery consultation, and have received the full quote to go ahead.

While I am fortunate to have some personal and family funds to support me, I am still some way to go to reach the 13k total.
