Hasan's Journey at Juilliard

Hello friends, family, and supporters!

I am back once again to humbly thank you all for the support during my audition circuit, and I'm honored to announce that I have made the final 9 MFA admittants into The Juilliard School of Drama this Fall! I also received a Full TUITION Scholarship valued at $55,500!

This is truly a blessing and will open the door for me to attend over the next 4 years. What is left is the cost of:

This program is an intense 4-year conservatory requiring classes from 9 am-10 pm Monday through Saturday, leaving little time to work a part-time job to fund my cost of living. After numerous appeals for additional aid, I was given an opportunity of work-study totaling $2,000/yr but this will not be enough to pay for a roof over my head and food in my cupboards so here I am, once again, humbly asking for your help to get me to the finish line of this life changing opportunity to earn my degree from one of the best Drama school on the planet.

These funds will go directly into a savings account dedicated EXCLUSIVELY to Rent, Groceries, and any potential medical needs (god forbid). This is only the first leg of a 4-year-long campaign to complete my MFA at Juilliard, so any amount given will chip away at the mountain ahead of me. In my own time, I will continue to hustle any way I can to make money on the side for pocket change and other needs outside of the necessities.

The current plan is to update this page every semester so as to only ask for what I need. I start classes in the Fall, so consider this the SUMMER FUNDRAISER! Once I've secured a room to stay in and am all set up for classes, I will have a better idea of just what else I may need going forward. I want to thank you all for your continued love and support. Every cent donated is pouring into my future, and I refuse to let our efforts be in vain.
