Hey all, my name is Jack and we are fundraising for our dear friend, Hasaan Speed. Those of us that are lucky enough to have him in our lives know that he would help any person in need without hesitation and is often the face of calm in a sea of chaos.

Hasaan suffered an injury last Thursday 1/19/23 that required an ER visit and hospital stay. He is doing well and on the road to recovery but will need physical rest and mental space to heal for quite some time after such a traumatizing event.

In addition to this medical emergency, Hasaan was let go from his job recently due to the institutionalized racism and white supremacy that has been a cloud over his life for too long. Even more reason we want to provide Hasaan with the funds and space to truly heal and take care of himself in such a difficult time.
