Harvey’s Tractor Fund.

Hello, I would like to introduce you to Harvey. Ever since Harvey was a small child, he has wanted his own tractor.  Harvey is now fourteen years old and has been working very hard running a vegetable box service and doing odd jobs for people alongside his schoolwork, trying to save up enough money to buy himself a tractor.

He managed to save up enough and started looking about and came across an ad on eBay for a John Deere tractor. The tractor was priced at £8,400

After numerous phone calls and emails, Harvey, with the consent of his dad and myself, decided to buy the tractor. Due to the Covid restrictions, we couldn’t look at the tractor in person, but everything appeared legitimate. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bogus seller, and despite using PayPal, the seller has stolen his hard-earned money. After contacting both eBay and Paypal, sadly, there is nothing they can do. As a result, Harvey has lost all of his savings

He is absolutely devastated with his dreams and confidence in tatters

Any help towards getting Harvey some of his savings back would be gratefully appreciated.
