Harvey’s terminal brain cancer diagnosis
Donation protected
2 days before Christmas, 3 year old, Harvey, was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Biopsy results have come back with the devastating news that the tumour is rare, aggressive and inoperable/incurable.
The doctors have been exceptional but realistic about Harvey’s treatment options.
Due to the nature of the diagnosis (DIPG), Harvey has only been given 6-12 months to live.
He will undergo a short but aggressive radiation regime in Westmead Children’s Hospital for the next 2 weeks and will then be discharged home, to enjoy the time he has left, with his family and friends.
Harvey, his parents, Alysa and Adrian and his siblings Lewis, Harrison and Amelia are going to need all the help they can get during this truly challenging time.
Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will be used to help the family with the costs of travel and medical expenses, and sadly the inevitable cost of a funeral.
The more we can raise, the more time the family can have together, making memories with little Harvey, before they have to say goodbye.
Thank you for all your support, and please share this page so we can reach as many people as possible.
Please leave your messages of support attached to your donations and they will be passed on to the family. As imagined, all time and energies are focused on Harvey at this time. Alysa and Adrian value all of your kindness and love.
Thank you
