Harvey afford Testosterone and treatment

Hi, my name is Harvey I’m 17 and I’m a Transgender man. I’ve been out as trans since I was about 13; I’ve always known something wasn’t right. I’ve never liked my body or my voice it has always felt like I’m an alien, like my body did belong to me or fit me. As a child I was always more comfortable doing boys activities and hanging out with the boys as i naturally identified with them.

i need to raise these funds to be able to undertake testosterone treatment and commence gender augmentation surgeries. This is a really long treatment pathway but is the only option I have to feel orientated to my own body

my family have been very supportive of me however do not have the means to pay for this for me. My mum was a single mother as I lost my dad from kidney cancer when I was 5 years old. As you can imagine it wasn’t easy for either of us.

I have at times from the age of 13 years had time of self hate, depression and self harm. School life hasn’t been easy and bullying a huge feature during my school life.

I don’t want to think about what would happen to me if I’m not able to have the treatment I need to become who I really am. I appreciate any kind support you choose to contribute for me to realise my dream and finally be able to be truly who I was meant to me.
