Haru's Vet Bills

Hi, I'm Roseanna and this is my cat Haru. Haru had a bad accident resulting in her needing her tail amputated. Because we recently moved house, I cancelled her insurance to save a few pennies and I didn't reinstate it in time for them to cover the costs.

I may be able to get some help with the costs through some charities, anything potentially left over from the fundraiser will go directly back to the charities that helped.

Haru is one of the sweetest cats I've ever known. She is one year old and is one of three sisters and the other two miss playing with her! She also has a 9 year old human sister, who loves her very much.

Times are very hard and I understand people might not be able give much if at all, but any donation/share would mean to world to Haru and I.

The vet called me with an updated estimate, it's now £1500, which is half of what I was originally quoted. this is still a lot of money, but much more manageable. with the fundraiser and available financial assistance from charities, we're sitting on about half!

Haru is now a week post op and is doing very well! The vet is pleased with her healing progress so far and suspects she'll make a full recovery (minus half a tail). She still wants some space from her sisters but she CANNOT get enough attention from her humans. We're so happy she's doing well but can't help but laugh at her little sausage tail

As for the cost, the total came to £1400(ish) and the vets have had what has been raised so far and right now aren't pressuring me for the last £900, however I'm anxious about having this hanging over my head so any further shares are appreciated!
