On the morning of October 30, 2021 the Hartzell family lost a father, a husband, a son a brother unexpectant. Scott was funny, full of life and loved by so many people. He worked for Howard County Highways for 17 years and was supervisor to a crew of men who looked up to him not as just a supervisor, but a friend. He made every day worth going to work, with endless laughs, jokes and pranks. He was an amazing husband and father, who spent all his extra time trying to make the best for his family. He leaves behind a loving wife and two boys who are struggling to understand this loss. He will be truly missed and will never be forgotten.
