Dear Patrons,
We can not thank you enough for your support over the last two years! For many of us Hart Bar has become so much more then a bar, its our community space, our family, our second home and for some of us, our livelihood.
These are unprecedented times for all of us & we are figuring things out day by day. We hope there is a path ahead of us where things get back to normal. We look forward to a future with Hart Bar and all of you in it, laughing loudly, being merry, dancing to disco beats and enjoying ourselves!!!
We at Hart have an amazing staff who you have come to know & love who deeply care about the space & community that they've helped nurture in our little corner of the world. That staff is currently without work & figuring out how to weather the times ahead of us.
Hart Bar itself, like many others, is in the unfortunate position of having to continue to cover it's normal expenses like rent, insurance, utilities, & licensing fees, to name a few, despite there being no ability to operate within any framework of normalcy.
So it is that we are reaching out to all of you in our time of need. Hopefully we have at one time or another provided for you in your time of need, be it a sympathetic ear, music that moved through you & made you move in turn, a smile that turned into a laugh, or maybe it was just a cold delicious beverage delivered to you in your time of thirst.
If Hart bar holds a special place in your heart please consider investing in its future. This campaign has been started in an effort to help keep our space ready to re-open and help our staff get by in these challenging times.
Any and all donations will be split between the staff and helping to cover the high costs of maintaining our space.
