You may have already heard about our little warrior Harry Matthews and his amazing family, mum Megan, dad Chris and big sister, Marli.
Harry has been battling leukaemia since he was just one year old. Harry is now 2 and half years old. Recently Harry’s family received the terrible news that he would be undergoing a third battle as his cancer has returned. It’s unfathomable that someone so young has had to undergo the massive challenge that is cancer treatment not just once but now three times.
Harry’s health has meant that his mum Megan never got to return from maternity leave to her job as a local preschool educator and that his dad Chris has had to limit his work. I’m sure anyone reading this can understand what huge financial pressure they must be facing, as a family now entering a third year of a very restricted income.
