Help for The Hero Harry’s Family
Donation protected
Hello world. My name is Yasmine and I recently moved a thousand miles from the place I called home. Luckily, I quickly became friends with my wonderfully crazy, Puerto Rican neighbors - Anita & Harry
They are a big family, with a total of 7 children between the both of them, but there’s always plenty of love to go around.
On August 2nd around 10:30 pm Harry stopped to help a car on the side of the road. He was helping push a vehicle when another vehicle crashed into him. Tragically, Harry died. Helping someone. Because that was the type of man he was. He provided for his family, always wanting to give them more, and would give the clothes off his back to a stranger if they needed them. Harry was an Army veteran.
I only knew Harry for 4 months - but I learned quickly he was a good man who loved his family and worked hard. He used to take my trash to the end of the road when we forgot! Can you imagine taking out your neighbor’s trash!? He was truly one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met.
I am starting a GoFundMe for Anita - the wife Harry left far too soon. The money we raise will be used to help pay for ANYTHING she needs - from funeral expenses to clothes for the kids for the upcoming school year.
I appreciate anyone and everyone for pitching in and hope to bring Harry’s family some kind of joy & peace in his absence.
If you’re unable to donate please keep Harry’s friends and family in your prayers as they heal from this tragic accident.
Thank you all,
Yasmine
