Our son, Harrison Westerfield, passed away on August 3rd, 2021, after losing his battle with Sarcoma cancer (DSCRT). Before his dealth Harrison championed Harrison’s Hydration Station (HHS) to provide lemonade and unique sodas to the patients receiving treatments and the excellent staff at the KU Cancer Clinic where he was treated. Since his passing, this fund has provided countless visits to KU with drinks, and semi-annual meals (Raising Canes, Food Trucks, etc.) to the staff and patients, both at KU and at the St. Luke's Cancer Clinic where Harrison's grandpa, Jerry Van Dalen was treated.

On Oct. 12, 2026 Harrison's grandpa lost his battle with Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS). Any funds received will be used to fund continued HHS visits for cancer patients and healthcare providers. Thank you for your support and for honoring Jerry and Harrison together in this special way.
