Harper's Journey

Harper Bree Smith was born June 15, 2019 she is so loved by family especially her big sister, Haven, and her mom and dad. At about a week old Justin and Tiffany started to notice that Harpers tone had not been improving like it should and started to worry about Harper due to her big brother Hunter's medical problems that were never identified. She was taken to the primary care provider and due to concerns for aspiration while eating, an NG tube was placed so she could eat. The medical team that cared for Hunter in Portland was consulted and the team determined Harper should go to Portland to be seen and evaluated. Justin, Tiffany and Harper went to Portland Wednesday, June 26 and were admitted to Barbara Bush, a plan was made to go to Boston to see if more questions about Harper's medical condition could be answered. Harper has now been in Boston since Sunday, June 30 being
evaluated and having tests done.

Please consider donating to the Smiths to help them through this very difficult time. Tiffany, Justin and Haven live in Presque Isle, ME and have been commuting to Boston, MA to be with Harper.
