Harper Faith Wesenberg is 4 months old and was born with a ventricular septal defect in her heart which is what she went to Dallas to correct. Doctors discovered that she had pulmonary vein stenosis prior to surgery. There is no cure for pulmonary vein stenosis as it is a very rare disease so the open heart surgery was canceled. It is with a heavy heart to inform you all that on October 31, 2019 Harper Faith Wesenberg has passed away. Our hearts and prayers go out to her and her family at this most difficult time.
