In loving memory of Harold & Celine Owens

The neighbourhood, friends and family are raising funds in memory of Harold and Céline Owens on behalf of Steve Owens and his family.

Our $3,550 goal is to raise funds for a memorial bench and tree for the Elma Street Park, where Harold and Céline were caring neighbours in the local community.

Any additional funds raised will be provided to help with the celebration of life and/or be donated to the Humane Society or the Canadian Mental Health Association in memory of Harold and Céline Owens.
