Help Harley

I am not one to ask for help or donations. Anyone who knows me knows this. Some may find this petty to ask for help for a dog. But our dog is our family member.
This morning after giving Zachary one of his famous hugs he jumped down off Zachary and shattered his elbow! It was awful. The screaming he was doing and the bones rubbing together. I picked him and to stablize it while Zachary made the calls.
We rushed him to the Vet. We do not have many options and we have to move quick. A  simple cast will not work being its completely shattered. He is shaking in pain so he is now on IV pain meds. We have two options...bring him to Tufts to get a surgery and a plate put in or an amputation. At this point, we may just have to amputate because that is all we can afford. Payment needs to be made at time service is rendered.
Harley brings so much joy to our house even though he has only been here 6 months. We are devasted and very emotional. 
Anything you can do to help it would be very greatly apprieciated! I will try to repay you in anyway I can.
Brittany of course is not taking any of this very well either. She just wants her doggy back home.
