Harley is my very much loved emotional support animal. He has supported me throughout some of my most challenging college years and continues to support me with my anxiety and depression. He woke up suddenly this morning, unable to use or feel his hind legs. The vet diagnosed him with a disc herniation that was compressing his spinal cord. He is currently in surgery to alleviate the pressure and will require weeks of bed rest followed with physical therapy. I am unsure if he will regain the use of his legs, but all of this is worth it because I can't imagine a life without him. Your help will go directly towards his hospital bill.
