Harlem's Trip to Spain!
¡Hola! My name is Harlem Cordell Carrington, and I am an 8th grade student at Highline Academy in Denver,Colorado. My school is giving me the chance to go to Spain along with a select few of my other classmates. I am currently in Spanish Level C, the highest Level in my school, and to go on this 10-day trip to Spain would mean the world to me, as well as greatly increase my spanish comprehension. But, to do this, I need all of your help! I want to go on this trip, not as a vacation, but for education. When I am an adult, I dream of being a chef and owning my own restaurant. Being able to try foods from a different country and learning a deeper level of spanish would boost me towards my dream!
I only have a short time in order to raise the $3500 needed to attend this trip in March.
All donations will receive a handwritten thank you card, of course! But I also love to cook and write music and poetry. So in return for any donations of $50 or more I will do one of the following, of your choice: Write you a short song, a poem, give you a part in one of the books I am currently writing (to see those, find me on Wattpad as hc_the_awesome), draw a cool picture for you, send you a video thank you, send a video of some of my jokes, or even bake you some pastries such as brownies or cookies to send you! I have already made some progress towards my goal, but not enough. I can only accomplish this with all of your help.
