I got an amazing oppurtunity to Intern for one of the best photographers in New York this summer of 2016. However as it is an internship, so it is unpaid, and very expensive to live in New York. While I am extremely excited, inspired and motivated to travel, finances are a huge factor.
I have to pay to travel from California to New York.
I have to pay for rent for 5 months with is $950 a month for a room in Brooklyn.
Also I have to pay for food and living supplied, which the cost of living in New York is very high.
I leave May 1st to start my internship, I want to give this Internship everything I have and do so to the best of my abilities. To do so, I need help. Any monetary donation will be a huge help to me,
Not many people can say they do what they love, or they chased after their dream and made it happen. I am chasing my dreams and making it happen. I don't want money to be the reason that stopped me. This internship is essential to me as a photographer, to be able to learn and experience working with a high class professional photographer. I will alway remember this experience for the rest of my life and would be forever greatful if I had the chance to make my dreams come true.
