Harlan Family tornado relief

This is David Chandler, I currently serve in the KY Army National Guard and one of our guard families have had their home destroyed by the recent tornados that have ravaged the state. The Harlan’s home in Bremen KY was a total loss, and we are grateful that the family survived; they were very lucky they did. They have so much work to do and
