Harini's Medical Needs: 9-Month Battle

Dear friends and kind-hearted individuals, My name is Sravan Pulluri I am reaching out with a sincere plea for your support during this challenging time. My beloved life partner, Harini, has been undergoing intensive medical treatment for the past 9 months at KIMS Sunshine Hospital in Hyderabad, India. Her condition requires another 6 months of observation and continued treatment.

So far, with the generous help of friends and family, we have managed to cover expenses amounting to ₹90 lakhs. A significant portion of this has been supported by my in-laws, for which I am deeply grateful. However, I can no longer ask them for additional support, and now, I turn to the community for help.

Recently, Harini experienced severe fits and seizures, which were thankfully controlled with specialized injections at Sree manju multi Specialty Hospital. These treatments came at a high cost—₹4 lakhs—and added to the immense financial burden we've been facing.

To make matters more difficult, our family-run small grocery (Kirana) store in India has been heavily impacted due to the lack of focus and attention during this time. This financial loss has placed even greater pressure on our family as we struggle to meet both medical and daily expenses.

Adding to this heartbreak is the situation of our little boy, who is too young to fully grasp the severity of his mother's condition. He faces each day with hope, unaware of the uncertainty that surrounds Harini's recovery. As a father, it is heart-wrenching to balance his emotional well-being alongside the financial and medical challenges we are battling.

In addition to hospital treatments, Harini requires intensive home care, including daily physiotherapy and speech therapy sessions as part of her rehabilitation. She also needs saline treatments combined with medication to control fever and seizures. These ongoing therapies are vital for her recovery but come with additional financial burdens.

After the next 6 months of observation and treatment, it has been suggested that Harini consult top neurologists in Mumbai for further evaluations and advanced care. This step is crucial for her long-term recovery and will ensure she receives the best possible medical expertise.
