Hare krishna Preaching and vegetarian Catering

Dear Devotees, Friends, and well-wishers:
We, the devotees of the Hare Krsna Movement (ISKCON), who are residents of Schenectady, are in pursuit of acquiring a building in Schenectady. This building will be used for a Preaching and a Vegetarian Catering Center, under the umbrella of a non-profit Organization.
We have already entered into a Contract Agreement and have made a security deposit of $1,000.00. It is an ideal Property, the laid out of this building suits our purposes. The lower flat has a hall to facilitate our preaching activities, kitchen for our catering service, and a huge parking lot that can facilitate about 30 vehicles. The sales price of this building is $159,000. Certainly, we do not want to lose this God-sent opportunity and so we are turning to you for your kind support and reciprocation.
This will be a non-profit organization and all donations will be tax deductible. At the end of this year, you will receive a receipt with the amount you donated and our federal tax ID.
We have been serving the mission of Sanatana Dharma (ISKCON) within the city of Schenectady for over nine years and have kept programs within individual member’s home, and have recently started Harinaam, book, and prasadam distribution. Now than ever before we see the dire need to have a central place – A Center, where we can invite the public to participate in our weekly and major Festival programs.
Another major undertaking will be the distribution of free vegetarian meals for people within the Community.
You can be guaranteed of the Lord’s kind blessings and the extent of such blessings is immeasurable as described in the sacred text of the Vedic Scriptures, for your generous donation. For those persons who contribute towards propagating or assisting in spreading the Lord’s glories and mission, gains an abundance of piety and auspiciousness.
We eagerly look forward for your commendable and praise-worthy contribution and to make our humble, and much needed pursuit to serve the community of Schenectady a reality in Krishna Consciousness.
