Hardy Family House Fire
Donation protected
I am creating this GoFundme account for a truly amazing West Pembroke Pines family that helped my own family out 9 years ago for the same unfortunate occurrence: a house fire. The only difference is that 9 years ago, Trina Hardy was a stranger to me and my family, yet she found it in her heart and selfless demeanor to join other community members, friends and neighbors to create a "word of mouth" gofundme to help my family. When I found out yesterday that the Hardy house caught fire, and the home was declared uninhabitable, it brought chills to me, as I know first hand, the questions and mixed emotions that they are struggling with in their minds. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but they had to endure the pain of walking away from their home and leaving behind their belongings. Trina and Grey Hardy, along with their boys Matt and Nick, are long time West Pembroke Pines community members who generously contribute their time to different local outlets; whether it is walking in to our local Publix, dropping off the kids in the car line at CTE, attending PTA meetings, Bobcat baseball and golf, WPPO concession, Cobras, or the Elite Squad, the Hardys were involved. Today, I am reaching out to our community, Bobcat families, friends and neighbors to help this family ease the struggle of rebuilding their home and life. It will take some time, but they are a strong willed, loving family and knowing that so many people are behind them, will ease the pain a little. Thank you for your support, no matter how big or small, every bit helps. Please pray for the Hardy Family.
