Hi my name is Matthew Baumber and I am desperately asking for help to offset thousands of dollars in medical and ambulance bills totally in excess of 30,000. I had 2 strokes which resulted in dual kidney fail which needs long term dialysis and a transplant to survive. I am in a wheelchair and have had to remodel my house to fit my needs.
