Hardware Brewing Company’s Freedom to Operate

Hardware Brewing Co as well as other Idaho Restaurants and Bars are now being threatened with losing their right to operate their liquor licenses unless they pay a 2500.00 fine, for opening early.  These small businesses are trying to raise funds to contest the governor. They have not committed an alcohol abuse violation, nor broken any liquor license law, and are not in violation of their licenses.  Please help!   Please help these small businesses stand up for not only their right but your right to work, and commence legal commerce in the state of Idaho. Please help these small businesses fight for our civil rights! Litigation is very expensive! Thank you!!
