Help fix Mimzy's bum leg

Mimzy has done it again! She has always been an enthusiast of expensive injuries and sicknesses (ecoli poisoning, corn cob eating contest, and hit by a car to name a few). She has now decided to give a torn cruciate ligament a try. During Christmas vacation Mimzy tore her cranial cruciate ligament which is analogous to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in humans. Needless to say she has no stability in that leg and cannot enjoy a normal life until it is fixed. Unfortunately, this silly dog didn't realize her mom is still in vet school and has very little means (both in training and finances) to address her injury. Here's where you come in.
