The Happy Package Project

I am seeking funding for my project called "The Happy Package Project": the more funding I receive, the more packages I will be able to send out.
I have learned how good it feels to give without the intention of receiving and below are the details of my project:
What?
We send surprise packages to a nominee nominated by a 3rd party. Anyone going through a "life altering experience" in the USA can be nominated for a package. Things like the persons, likes, dislikes and needs are taken into consideration to create a truly one of a kind, thoughtful surprise.
Why?
#TheHappyPackageProject was created with the intention to touch people's lives and remind them that they are important and special, despite any hardship they are going through. The goal is to make someone's day: to give them items specially selected for them in hopes of giving them the experience of love and happiness.
Who?
Anybody going through a trial or needing a reminder that someone cares about them.
Possible recipients include but are not limited to:
Persons with life altering illness, Victims of (any kind of) abuse,
Children who are displaced from their homes/ parents including foster children,
Cancer patients,
Organ donors/ recipients/ transplant list,
Fire or flood victims,
Bullying victims,
Mental health patients,
Caregivers,
Persons experiencing a death,
Single Mothers
How? I will be accepting monatary donations via Paypal and Go-Fund-Me, all of these funds will go towards shipping expenses which range from $7-$14 (USA) per package.
I will also be seeking donations of care package items for all ages.
