Hello WWP Friends!

Five years ago during COVID, WWP posted its first GoFundMe fundraiser, titled "WWP - Building the Foundation for the next 45 Years." Our wonderful WWP families supported us during a financially difficult time so that we could build that foundation for the future.

We are reaching out five years later, with our second GoFund Me, for a happy reason - it's our 50th Birthday!

When the preschool was adopted by Westminster Presbyterian Church 50 years ago, we were adopted as an outreach of the church to the community. There is a longstanding agreement between the church and preschool that the preschool will not fundraise (as many preschools often need to do). However, every five years the preschool asks the church for permission to fundraise for our 5-year birthdays. The first fundraiser was to build a new playground, and the following fundraisers were to grow our Scholarship Fund (until that COVID fundraiser).

This year we are celebrating our 50th Birthday by holding a 50-day Fundraiser (from March 1-April 19) to grow our Scholarship Fund, and to also support our Outdoor Learning activities.

For our WWP alumni, you received an email telling you about our new increased outdoor time, and other changes at WWP, along with the link to this fundraiser. We hope you enjoyed reading how WWP continues to meet the needs of our community.

Thank you so very much for supporting this preschool we all love. Our current and former families, staff, and Board members have built this inspiring, strong School Family. We are so grateful to you for sharing your family's time with us - now and over the years.
